We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Four Seasons at Home ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the near future.
